Jaymie L. Einhorn graduated from Brandeis University in 1980 and received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1983.  As a trial attorney at Peltz & Walker since 1988, Ms. Einhorn represents physicians, dentists and hospitals in complex medical/dental malpractice actions, and defends products liability actions. She has also successfully defended federal civil rights and discrimination actions under U.S.C. Section 1983, and represented public officials in other cases involving municipal liability. Following law school, Ms. Einhorn became associated with in-house counsel for American International Group, a major international insurance company, for whom she tried general liability actions and specialized in the defense of construction site accidents. Ms. Einhorn is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.  She is a member of the Medical Malpractice Defense Bar.
